So much of what I’ve learned about cheese comes from co-hosting tours with Cheese Journeys for the last 10 years. We take enthusiasts and professionals to dairy-centric destinations around Europe, including Italy, France, Switzlerand, England, The Netherlands, and Belgium. The tours are expertly curated by Anna Juhl, who has longstanding relationships with artisans and with two private chefs who prepare meals along the way sourced from local produce.
On tour, I teach cheese education workshops and serve special pairings — ever had a martini and Pecorino, or a hot Vacherin Mont d’Or with a Fir Royale? I also teach a Food Photography workshop so that your photos from the tour look delicious . Join me for a 2025 tour:
